Our Wichita personal training studio is located near K96 & Greenwich at 11010 E. 28th St N. We operate a brand NEW 10,500 sq. ft. kick ass, high energy, and state of the art private personal training studio. It's huge and awesome! 

We currently offer one-on-one individualized nutrition and fitness programs, private personal training, semi-private personal training, and bootcamps, which educate, motivate, and support men and women to improve their health and fitness. And, our clients love us!

We take care of everything for our clients and have an all-inclusive lifestyle transformation approach. We mean business and lead the area in personal training expertise. If you are hired for this Sales Manager position, you'll begin in our Sales Training Program and Coaching System to grow your expertise and ensure you're following industry best practices. We offer a base salary, commissions, benefits, and will begin our in our staff develop program (to keep you learning professionally and personally).

A FAIR WARNING...
Our hiring process isn’t quick and easy. We’re going to ask you to jump through a few hoops to prove you’ve got the character as well as demonstrate the values that align with our team and mission.

You’ll be asked to take multiple tests. You’ll have a least 2-3 interviews. And, we’re going to take our time in making sure you’re someone we want to invest our resources in growing.

What we’re really looking for is someone who wants to grow with us in the years to come. And, if you're an A-Player, we're happy to quickly promote you through the ranks in our company.
TASKS YOU'LL BE EXPECTED TO PERFORM AS A SALES MANAGER
Call all incoming leads to discuss fitness goals, program options, and book consultations. You'll have weekly and monthly goals to achieve. You'll be trained on our proven processes to ensure success before you'll ever pick up the phone.
Follow-up with Internet leads, respond to all prospect inquiries through social media and email requests, and track all accordingly. You'll need to be very organized and understand how to manage your time effectively to ensure things do not slip between the cracks. This is a fast paced environment and we'll need you to keep up to the demands and lengthy hours.
Fully understand and be able to clearly explain GoTimeTraining's unique programs and Company history. You'll be performing sales consultations, drawing-up client agreements, building new client programs in our software systems, educating new clients of weekly expectations, and on-boarding new clients into internal systems using processes. We need a creative thinker! Someone who can think on their toes and relate well to people while showing empathy. This is not a used car sales position and you'll be helping people achieve things they have been struggling with for years.
Schedule new client starting assessments, nutrition coaching measurements/meetings, and pair clients with a personal trainer to best suit their needs and personality. You'll need to be able to read people's needs and wants quickly so that you can best accommodate their requests in a timely manner with clear communication. 
Track monthly sales and renewal metrics and organize them into reports for the Owners. You'll be expected to be very organized and track everything with the goal of continual improvement. Again, you'll need to be capable of implementing systems and creating new processes to save time and ultimately money for the company.
Maintain an open and close relationship with all clients throughout their lifecycle. You'll need to engage with clients at the personal training studio and enjoy getting to know people. With that, you'll have to remember people's names, build rapport quickly, and truly care for the best interest of others. You'll need to communicate our Core Values, mission, and vision to engage clients and staff. Additionally, you'll need to perform renewal consultations and address all contractual questions/requests as needed to support the personal trainers and admin staff. 
Attend networking and marketing events to represent GoTimeTraining. You'll be responsible for booking to attend local events and building relationships within our community. Where seen fit, strategic partnerships can be formed with other businesses and community organizations in an effort to fulfill the Company's vision and mission. You have to be comfortable introducing yourself to others and quickly jumping into groups and becoming a leader.
